Eagle’s Nest Catering Presents “The Casserole Connection”
As a fundraiser and learning tool, the culinary arts students will be preparing casseroles each week for sale. The orders will need to be placed the Monday prior to pick-up on Wednesdays. If you don’t want to cook them that day, you can wait a couple of days or they all freeze well! Also, please feel free to place all of your orders in advance if you prefer.
October 2 – King Ranch Chicken October 9 – Shepherd’s Pie October 16- Chicken, Broccoli & Rice
October 23-Lasagna October 30 – Poppy Seed Chicken November 6-Mexican Beef Casserole
November 13- Chicken, Wild Rice & Green Bean
Bake Sale-Week of November 18-21 (details later) Prices are: $10 for a 9” round (feeds 2-4 people); $20 for a 13 x 9 (feeds 6-10 people) Email your order to: firstname.lastname@example.org or leave a message at 229-336-2156 ext. 2024 or 229-403-1840 (Lillibel Wingate). Make checks payable to: MCHS.
Pick up times are between 12:00 & 1:30 or between 4 & 5:00 on Wednesdays. If these times are not convenient we can make other arrangements. PICKUP LOCATION-Ms. L. Wingate’s classroom…go to the back of MCHS where the track is located. You will see a playground & signs to park for the café. Come through the courtyard area and enter the door “Eagle’s Nest Catering”.
